Dr. Shruthi M.L.J. is an esteemed Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at PES University, Bengaluru. With a profound dedication to advancing the field of Electronics and Communication, Dr. Shruthi has made significant contributions, particularly in the realm of Image and Video Processing. Her academic journey is marked by a Doctoral Degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where she specialized in Image and Video Processing, and a Master's degree from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, focusing on VLSI & Embedded systems Design. Dr. Shruthi's scholarly work is well-recognized in the academic community, underscored by her numerous Scopus Indexed papers and patents. One of her notable achievements include receiving the Best Paper Award for her paper titled "Non-Parametric histogram based skin modeling," at the IEEE ICCIC 2013. Her current research endeavors are in the cutting-edge areas of video processing and AI-VLSI, showcasing her commitment to integrating artificial intelligence with VLSI design. Her leadership and expertise have also been recognized on international platforms, having chaired a session in International Conference RAAI-2023, Singapore.
