Prof Deepak Shyam has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University and a Masters in International Business from PSGIM, Coimbatore. He has extensive years of industry work experience across Retail and IT sectors in the functions of Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Marketing. His areas of expertise include Spend Analysis, RFx and Contract management, Executing large-scale critical projects, Managing upstream and downstream Supply Chain processes and utilizing knowledge of various software solutions to ensure Business Process Integration and maximizing Business Revenues. His teaching experience comprises courses in Marketing Strategy, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Supply Chain Management and Strategic Management. He has conducted Personality Enhancement and Placement Training courses. He has also mentored Start-ups by students. His areas of interest include sports and traveling.
