Has 12 years of teaching experience and has taught several subjects like Management and Behavioral Process, OB, Research Methods, HRM, Team Development and Leadership, Personal Growth and Interpersonal Effectiveness, Recruitment, Selection and Compensation. Has organized two MDPs in her tenure and co-ordinated several conferences and conclaves. Prior to teaching profession worked for 3 years as senior executive-HR, responsible for the smooth functioning of HR activities viz Pre/post recruitment activities, Personal Interviews, Salary, coordination with head office, Grievance Handling, Exit Interviews and Training. Last assignment was as Sr. Executive HR - Allied Digital Services pvt Ltd., Mumbai. Earlier to this, has worked with recruitment consultant Excellers Management Services Ltd. Has obtained certified training from IISc, CCE program in Behavioural science through Psychometry.
