Mr. Chethan is a socio-economics researcher with a focus on Agrarian Economics and Rural Development. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Applied Economics from PES University and is an Engineering Graduate from NIE IT, Mysore. He has immense experience in the field studies of the Old Mysore Province of Karnataka, where he worked as an External Field Supervisor for the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). He headed all 7 Taluks of Mysore District and 2 Taluks of Hassan District for a project undertaken by IFPRI which was commissioned by the Government of Karnataka on its multifaceted "Bhoochetana" Programme. Mr. Chethan also worked as research intern at the Foundation of Agrarian Studies - a premier research institute working in the Agrarian Domains. He has conducted numerous courses on elocution and content writing for TFN Pvt. Ltd. and headed their Literature wing for 3 years. He is a consultant to ADD Engineering Components India Pvt. Ltd - a Manufacturing Industry in the Defence Sector. Mr. Chethan is a trained Carnatic Musician and also a Music Teacher for both Vocals and Instrumentals (Veena)
