Doctorate degree in Human Resource Management with 16 +years of Teaching Experience. Published more than 20 research papers in journals of repute indexed by Scopus, WOS and ABDC . She has actively participated and organized many conferences, case study competition, E summits, FDP's, seminars, workshops and symposiums. She has conducted training projects like train the trainers for Election Commission of India. She has taught advanced graduate and Post Graduate courses spanning across the various subjects related to Human resources, Industrial Relations and organizational behavior. Her research interest is in Training and development, Workplace spiritualism, Organizational Culture and labor laws. Apart from Teaching, She has contributed as a Program In-charge, HR area Head , E cell coordinator ,curriculum development, NAAC coordination, Institutional Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) committee.
