About

Dr. K.Lakshman, is working as a Professor and Chairperson, Department of Pharmacognosy, at PESU Institute of Pharmacy. He received his Ph.D.(Pharmaceutical Sciences) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, under QIP-AICTE. He is a Top Researcher who landed in the AD Scientific Index 2023 Scientists Rankings, based on total H-Index 23. He received Young Scientist award by A.P.Medicinal Plants Board (APMPB ) in 2008. He published more than 70 research articles in various National and International reputed Journals with good impact factor. He has guided many graduate and post graduate students. Currently he is guiding 3 Ph.D students. His research interest is on Scientific validation of Medicinal plants of Traditional importance.
