I am committed to continuous learning and development, both professionally and personally, and I believe in leading by example. I believe in a hands-on approach to learning, which is reflected in my passion for organizing intra-university and inter-university management fests, coordinating sports activities for the students of the management department, conducting research on various management concerns, and working along with students to find optimum solutions for the issues. I have also helped students generate new business ideas and kick-start their businesses. As an Assistant Professor in Business Management at PES University, Bangalore. I am a driven and dedicated individual who is passionate about developing a curriculum that is industry-centric, producing competitive business leaders, and achieving experiential learning through industry and academic networking. I have had the privilege of serving as the Chief Operations Leader of CODISTA Taekwondo Academy in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. My primary goal was to develop the organization holistically, and I achieved this by reducing the operating expenses by 50%, improving the quality of training and coaches by changing coach to student ratio from 1:40 to 3:40, and training and developing the existing human resources to achieve a 20% improvement in productivity. Additionally, I diversified the academy's products and services, established an online presence through social media, and developed efficient SOPs for processes, reducing the operation cost by 30%. Before my role as Chief Operations Leader of CODISTA, I worked as the Regional (South India) Business Manager at Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools in Bangalore. I maintained a positive PnL even during Covid times, minimized expenses by 50%, and generated revenue through online training strategies contributing 80% of total sales. I successfully opened two new training centers and four inactive centers in my region and retained unsatisfied users with a 60% retention rate. During my time at Reliance Trends, Kochi, I served as the Store/Cluster Manager. I recruited and supervised ten quality staff with an attrition rate of 10% in 2020 and organized eight pieces of training on multiple topics to upskill employees. I exceeded the revenue objectives for the year 2020, maintained the stock accuracy level of 91%, and contributed 20% of total sales from AJIO. I have also worked as a Part-Time Professor at Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences, Bangalore, where I developed two management training programs for BBA and B.Com students, trained 30 MBA students on the Performance Management System, and developed a curriculum to cultivate entrepreneurial skills and moral courage in students.
