Zidan is a Counselling Psychologist, Assistant Professor, Researcher, Author, and Trainer. He is pursuing his doctoral studies in Psychology and a second master's in Philosophy. His diverse research interests include Gender and Sexuality Studies, Marginalization and Intersectionality, Applications and Implications of Technological Advancement, Organizational and Consumer Behaviour, Behavioural Finance, Marketing and Sustainability. Interdisciplinary Perspectives, Individual Contexts, Intersectionality, and Inclusivity are of utmost importance to him, whether in counselling/psychotherapeutic practices, organizational/industrial setups, or academic spaces and scholarly conversations. He truly believes in the power of Un-learning, Re-learning, and Upskilling.
