About
Dr. Shobha Rani. M, is an aspiring professional academician with a steadfast commitment and profound passion for teaching law. Her journey in academia is characterized by a dedication to enriching legal education through rigorous scholarship and transformative pedagogical approaches. She has pursued her Ph.D. in Law in 2021 from University Law College & Dept. of Studies in Law, Bangalore University on the Topic – “A Critical Study on the Constitutional Principle of Secularism in India with Special reference to Endowments”. She pursued her post-graduation in Law. Her specialization is Constitutional Law and Legal Order. She teaches papers like Constitutional Law, Personal Laws, Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, Interpretation of Statutes. She had an overall experience of 10 years of teaching in law. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Law, PES University, RR Campus, Bengaluru. She has published Articles in National and International, Peer-reviewed Journals and also participated and presented research papers in various State, National and International level Seminars, Workshops and Conferences. She is interested in multi-disciplinary legal research especially women related issues.
