About

Dr. Ashwini H. R. obtained her Ph.D. degree from PES University in Dec. 2024 in the domain of signal processing for wireless communications. She received her B. E. degree in Electronics and Electronics Engineering from RNS Institute of Technology, Bengaluru from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum and the M. Tech. degree in Signal Processing (ECE) from PES University, Bengaluru. She is currently an assistant professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at PES University, Bengaluru. Her research interests are in the areas of signal processing for wireless communications, MIMO, spatial modulation techniques, intelligent reflecting surfaces and machine learning techniques for communication systems. She has published papers in reputed journals and conferences. She is the recipient of the Protsahan Award 2024 from IEEE ComSoc Bangalore Chapter, and the co-recipient of Prof. T. K. Sarkar memorial best paper award in antennas and RF technologies for next-gen communications track in INDICON 2022.
