As a seasoned banking professional with over 23 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, specializing in Risk Management across both public and foreign banks, I have a strong expertise in Credit, Market, and Operational Risk. I have played a pivotal role in shaping risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a robust risk culture within organizations. Throughout my career, I have conducted comprehensive risk assessments, developed insightful risk reports, and presented key findings to senior management to drive strategic decision-making. Apart from this corporate experience, I have always been passionate about teaching and knowledge sharing. Even while working in the banking sector, I was actively involved in training and development programs, conducting sessions at staff training centers on various banking and risk management topics. This passion for education led to my transition into academia, where I am now serving as a Professor of Practice in the Faculty of Management and Commerce in our esteemed PES University.
