Dr. Chaitra B. is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educator currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at PES University, Bengaluru. With more than 19 years of experience spanning academia and the ed-tech industry, she has established herself as a dedicated professional in the fields of Image Security and Digital Image Forensics. She earned her PhD in Computer Science from REVA University and holds an M.Tech in Information Technology along with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from VTU, Belgaum. Further strengthening her expertise in cybersecurity, she completed a PG Diploma in Cybersecurity and Cyber Forensics from NLSIU, Bangalore. Dr. Chaitra B.’s research interests include Image Forensics, Network Security, Cyber Forensics, and Cyber Laws. She has contributed extensively to the research community through numerous publications in reputed WoS- and Scopus-indexed international journals and conferences. Her innovative work has also led to the publication of two patents by the Indian Patent Office. In addition to her academic and research contributions, she actively serves as a reviewer for several Q1/Q2-rated journals and international conferences.
